Right so here’s the general idea of what is happening since the game launched.
Every single time i click on a different monitor while playing, generally if i am loading into a new area or just teleported and arrived in town my game crashes.
Today alone it crashed 10 times so i got to the point where im quite annoyed by it and im here on the forum ranting about it, I have tried reinstalling the game my drivers are all updated, high end pc i7 13th gen 4080 ddr5 m2 and all.
I dont have this issue on any other game besides D4.
One thing that’s quite annoying is that there is no true fullscreen option in the graphics settings which i believe would fix this issue all we have is windowed 1999 mode or windowed fullscreen.
I have played long sessions as well without any crashes but that was when i specifically avoided looking at a different monitor while teleporting or after a teleport.
If anyone else has this issue avoid browsing a separate window as this crash specifically happens if you have multiple monitors, i also play the game on my laptop guess what it never crashes on my laptop as i only alt tab the game 0 crashes.
