Whole day I had to restart both game and my PC because, whenever I try to open map, skilltree, clan, season quests, anything from interface.. game instantly freezes and thats it.. my connection is fine, I can alt+tab to any other application, and everything works fine. Couple of times I let it run as much as it can and 5 min in I get “The game connection has been lost..” message
Have the same problem every season. What is your video card, for me the problem is only with Amd ( 6600xt and now new 9060xt 16gb). My friend with close to my pc spec but nvidia zero freezes.
It will be something different. I have 3060RTX. Four Battle.net updates in two days. Same problem on laptop and PC. Also different Service Providers, different locations. I guess they know they have issues and try to fix it. I hope they will.
Hello,I have the same problem how you have! Everything is freeze but the fights are normal. So i play in Region Europe i change it at battlenet launcher to the region America and i log in the game and nothing no freeze no lag !
at the battlenetlauncher window you log out and then when you want log in again you go at the settings symbol in the right corner and change region and then log in and start to play !

I am running 3060RTX with Intel i7-14700k 64bg DDR5.. every driver updated.. I double checked everything and I tried to switch from Europe to Americas… Nothing helped after about 5-10 minutes of gameplay still have the same problem..
