just bought and downloaded game onto my pc. It allowed me to make a character and when i go to start game i get a loading screen then a white screen then it kicks me completely out without an error message or anything. Can anyone help?

i got randomly crashes since vessel of hatred came out, the months beforce there were no crashes at all, so there must be a problem with the code in voh. For me as long as it is not fixed i stop with d4 and play other games like poe2 (randomly crashes too, but its ea) and old titan quest.
Does the computer meet the requirements for the game? The experience you’re reporting suggests that it either doesn’t match the requirements or the drivers need updating.
can´t speak for the thread maker, but i got i9 13900k nvidia rtx 4090, 64gb ram, asus rog z790 maximus hero mainboard, all drivers incl. mainboard up to date and still the crashes
The best way that others or myself can help you is to get a copy of the FenrisDebug file from the game’s installation folder:
- That folder is located by default in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo IV.
- Sort by date, and find the most recent one from your latest crash.
- Open it and copy the contents of the file.
- Go to pastebin.com to share the contents and create a new paste.
- Then copy the URL given and share it here.
We can then review it and pull the information we need to ascertain what suggestions might help your individual situations.
When possible, creating your own thread with the info is best, rather than using another person’s thread.

Yea mine is laggy has trouble when i portal to town where it goes black and acts almost like your there but wont open map will open exit window but is stuck, also have has random quits on me I mean i’m playing free through game pass but still kinda sad don’t like the online part its like Immortals with other players not my fave but anyways yea got a few problems…
