When playing the game at least 2-3 times per session, when opening the map it does not open and the game freezes for a couple minutes then it crashes to desk top. Have all drivers and graphics drivers up to date. not sure if this happens to anyone else. Also crashes on xbox just random.

I’ve been experiencing the same problem since the latest update. Sometimes, map hotkey is unresponsive / doesn’t work, then followed by a freeze/crash if I try to open a menu or a portal. I have to kill the game process in Task Manager and restart. This problem seems to get worse in helltide areas.
I’ve got exactly this same problem , in 30 mins of playing my game crashes 2 times 
When I teleported to a town, it freezes. When I went into Helltide, there is no mobs in the map and game freezes. Talking to NPCs or opening menus seems laggy.
it happens to millions of people and blizzard ignores it.
