First time playing diablo4. I’m playing the main campaign with Expert difficulty (currently Act 3), but it’s way too easy and all the boss melts away. I can’t choose Penitent difficulty because I haven’t finished the main campaign. I want to enjoy the main campaing and then maybe purchase Vessel of Hatred, but it’s unbearably way too easy and unchallenging. So I give up playing this game unless Penitent is unlocked… IMO the game is unplayable for new players and losing profit opportunities, this can be considered as a critical bug.

Terrible design.
Penitent should be unlocked, and the Pit should not require level 60.
