I can’t open the map, skills or basically anything without the game freezing for several seconds if not minutes.
Seems like really bad lag, but ya at this point this game is unplayable.
We wanted 1 extra stash tab. But at what cost?! D:

I have the same problem too. I can’t do anything, plus I can’t even close the game, I’m forced to do CTRL+ALT+DEL and close it from there. (google translate xd sry for my eng)
Don’t they have people that have to approve all the content and patches and things? Isn’t that why they can’t just rush out patches? It had to go through a long process? Ahahahahhahahahaha

They literally just got bought by Microsoft, The game made a whopping 666million in 5 days!?!? They can’t hire anyone to do QandA?! That’s supposed to inspire us to buy their products?

In the very first fireside chat they had a female employee who was in charge of exactly this… She went over this with all of us on livestream… It takes them weeks to get anything ready to go live and then they can’t even make a the thing work on the day? How?

It really doesn’t make sense. Is it incompetence, indifference, or what? I saw a post by another player that pretty much said that this is the blizzard way and it’s difficult to disagree with that conclusion.
This should be on the Tech Forum, but since I’m having issues with Freezes while trying to open Menus as well, I’ll also leave it logged here.

Well since I’m not actually playing this season as I found it lackluster I can imagine it has to do with not having this game play tested on the wide range of machines used by the users… under their control and technology the game probably does perform correctly. But since everyone has their own PCs and they support a very large amount of types of systems that could be the issue here?
Decidedly this, which so happens to be a problem because their own “minimum/recommended” specs (under the Steam page), means they should have tested on systems with the configurations posted there.
But what makes this much worse, is that people having this issue have far, FAR exceeding system specs than what the recommended is. (The recommended specs are a joke, if we are being honest. Anyone with a PC built past 2017 surpasses that easily.)
In my own case, I run the game in Ultra like it’s nothing. But for some reason, the menus are killing the game.
I’m mostly concerned about folks frying their computers at this point…
Game is an unplayable mess server side for me. Constant disconnects, freezes, every kind of wonky jank you could possibly imagine. What a joke. Bunch of folks having the same problems in the technical support forums and nothing, so I guess it’s just the way it’s meant to be.
Make sure crossplay is disabled.
Totally agree but then again some of us have high end rigs that are designed for and purchased specifically for gaming and when the only game that consistently under performs or is plagued with issue after issue then that’s not a coincidence.
People word wide are voicing these issues and to not act like a top tier company and directly address the community is such bad form.
