Game Freezes entering portal or opening inventory

Servers not response to europen connections Technical Support

Game was stucked when entering portal or open inventory. Than i checked log file and i saw game didnt comminicate blizzards game servers and got timeout errors. Than i checked that urls from my computer with using cURL.
