It’s Friday September the 22nd, 2023. I haven’t been able to play Diablo 4 on my PS5 for a whole week now!!! I bought the standard digital edition! Press Any Button and it freezes on a black screen! This is utterly horrible and I am very displeased with my purchase! PLEASE HELP!

I dont understand why you think its not helpful. User CLEARLY stated he is dissatisfied with his purchase. The more you troubleshoot the bigger the chance to not get a refund. This is what happened to me. 2 reasons. I purchased the game in DECEMBER making it more then 14 days but the topping on the cake was that i had just over 3 hours “played” limit is 2hrs. Guess how many of those 3 hours i was actually gaming? Literally minutes…IF THAT.
Even though you are helpful on here we all know you are a blizz employee. You spend more time on here then in game.
Because a lot of people like to post that as a troll answer. So I associated it as such.
We don’t know when it was bought, or how much time was actually played, so at best its a weak suggestion at worst its just trolling to rub more into the wound, knowing they probably won’t get refunded anyway.
So did you get a refund? If so, great. And if so, why are you here?

I wish. Then I could give you all some real answers if that were the case. But sadly, they would probably prevent me from doing so.

That might be true. I haven’t been playing D4 a lot lately, was having too much fun with the D3 season. 
Im sure you are just loving d3 since it works…
And no i didnt get a refund because of those 2 reasons. Its a pathetic excuse but did not grant it because they lost most of their player base. Im still here scouring the forums to see if anyone has a fix for the crashing. Blizzard basically told me too bad so sad.
Well for me, both work fine. To be fair, D4 hasn’t really caused me any grief unlike some of you. It works fine, it plays fine, it stays connected, etc. Just that my time is limited and I bounce between different games when I feel like it.
In your case (in case I missed it someplace) when do you specifically get crashes? Randomly? During certain points or activities?
