It is a part of the “The way out is through” quest where we’re escorting Neyrelle through the Tangles to Samuk. After clearing the vines and reaching the checkpoint Neyrelle spawns a bunch of enemies. After defeating them she has dialogue and the game freezes at the point where she says “or memories?”. It’s happened twice now at this same point.
