Hello friends, do you frustrated -alone in the dark, as if someone has disconnected you from the server? if so you may suffer from a condition known as #Teleport-to-Black

If so we want you to know that you are not alone. We have a support group filled with kind and caring people who know and understand the struggles that you face each day.

We provide regular testing (tips) and support for those who desperately need it in these dark times. Together we aim to collect and post all of the crash logs involving this issue into one singular thread where we can hopefully bring light to this dark issue.

I think it related to GPU, mainly AMD’s, just change from RX 6600 to RTX 2060 and no more blacksceen

It’s not (or wasn’t) people with Nvidia cards were getting it too. Anyway, can’t speak for anyone else, but I haven’t had a crash since about 3 hotfixes ago. So fingers crossed Blizzard nailed whatever the worst culprit was.

So has anyone figured this one out? For some reason on my system it tends to occur in batches. One night the game’s free from this bug, the other it happens near every time I tp
