Game doesn't start - Error 300034

Two weeks ago I created a ticket:

I keep getting error 300034 when I’m trying to start the game. Reinstalling and rebooting doesn’t help, Internet connection is in great shape.
device: xbox series S, game acquired from xbox gamepass

After 14 days I got 0 response from tech support. Great customer services Blizzard! Players cannot start your game on console? Who cares!
