Game doesn't recognize Vessel of Hatred purchase

Hi everyone,

As the title says - the game doesn’t recognize my Vessel of Hatred purchase.
I’ve bought the expansion on launch and played 100h+ in S6 as Spiritborn. I’m currently able to create a new Spiritborn character for S7, but when I reach level 25, I get kicked out of the game and prompted that the Free Trial Max Level has been reached…

Same thing here. Bought VOH day ultimate day 1 of its release. Played yesterday just fine and now its saying l i need to purchase VOH again even though if I go to in game store it shows I have purchased it already

Same problem here. Played most of the day yesterday until about 1 am, I log in this morning and it tells me my free trial is over and I need to purchase VoH. I’m not even playing Spiritborn this season.

Same thing here. Was playing my necro on a lunch break for season launch, playing through Gamepass on PC, and it gave me the “Trial over” warning. I deleted my Spiritborn from last season to see if that would fix it, but it didnt. Bought the normal VoH through gamepass - already owned the game on Xbox prior to it as well. Please get this resolved. I have it on 2 systems so my wife and kids can have the TV during the day and im a nerd and need my fix of d4.

I have a same problem. It says to me that you are in trial mode in pc but in xbox everything is fine!
