I finally got the aspect I need after farming for hours. Then my game disconnects while basing and tells me, “please wait a few minutes to ensure your progress is saved”. I waited a few minutes, logged in, and none of the items I recently received were in my inventory. I don’t even want to play anymore - is your server really so unsophisticated that my progress didn’t save? WTF is this?

You are lucky, you seem to be the only person able to log back in, every post I see currently is people unable to log in, with a 300008 error
Why am I lucky that hours of my time were wasted by a bug that literally shouldn’t exist in a game released in 2023?
Am I lucky because I can login to get screwed over more by losing more items?
Free to play monetization is down, please go to the cash shop and spend money for the servers to turn back on.
You can log in and cry, we can’t log in and cry. Atleast you can play the game you paid for, I cannot, I would say you were luckier than I am right now.
It’s also not a “bug”, it’s a server crashing and not able to be accessed by most people.
Items come and go, if you got something once, you CAN get it again, if you can play…I cannot play.
I’m sorry, but my items not saving on an online game is a bug. I’ve been playing games for 20+ years and servers have crashed many times. Never, in any of those circumstances, did I lose items. Do you think Blizzard built the game to intentionally not save items? Probably not which = bug.
Why would you care about logging in when your progress is at risk of not being saved?

I did post in the bug forum. Then I posted here to vent, since the bug forum won’t lead to anything.

I see you have problems with the game. Did you try buying a skin from the shop? See if that fixes it!

Get a ninja……you won’t be locked into a proprietary pod design and can use all pods, plus regular coffee filters.

The Nespresso doesn’t have any filters that I need to replace and their pods are delicious!
