Whomever discovered that lagging your connection will allow you to complete this quest should be given a medal. People have wasted entire days trying to finish this quest. I myself wasted a good couple of hours doing all the other methods found on reddit. Clumsy did the trick for me. Get it from Github if you don’t have a VPN. Set it to 300ms and you’ll be good to go.
