I’ve got to the last part of the quest and when I enter the cave and speak with the Captain nothing happens. I killed all the monster in the cave and same thing nothing is happening. Can someone help me ?

I have the same issue too.
I restarted the game and re-enter the cave, easy fix
u closed the full game and restart it per battlenet?
There is a work around for this issue that I found.
Exit the cave and relog.
Re-enter the cave and listen to the speech again.
Wait for the NPCs to attack the barrier, when they’ve mostly destroyed it you can join in
If you attack the barrier too quickly they get confused and won’t help with the fight and won’t proceed to the next area.
