Furious Upheaval x Hellhammer Please?

Should this be a thing or no? I certainly do not like forced synergy, but was pretty disappointed to see the burn not do much damage on top of not assisting the damage ramps.

It feels so boneheaded that Furious Upheaval requires a secondary skill to make this CORE skill’s passive appropriately work. Unless I am mistaken, Barbs do not have an aura-esque ability like Druid’s Hurricane to keep ticking on enemies, so it appears as though Leap quake generator is supposed to be the solution…

Barbarian either should not have Elemental Damage, or it needs to be converted to Physical Damage naturally.

IMO - Hellhammer should have Burning change to Quake which would be legit. Reduces Damage from enemies in a Quake and Increases Damage to enemies in a Quake. Hellhammer would proc a Quake itself. They can keep the Fire Animation and Skin. Quakes get changed to have a molten appearance.

This would synergize with Leap/Quake exceptionally well as enemies would always be in Quakes. Considering our Weapon Tempers, boosting Quakes would also boost Hellhammer Quake.

Anything to make it feel more worthwhile or synergize would be nice. It’s “cool” factor trumps the weapons efficacy which is sad.
