Level 100 and still not found this temper which i need to use on all 4 weapons… WTH is going on???
RNG. Stop doing helltide. Go do Nightmare dungeons. Or maybe do some Whispers for gold. You’ll get it eventually.

yeah i have all my glyphs to lvl 20 need 21 but i have done plenty of those… Ill mix it up and try some pits and world bosses… Just annoying its the last temper i need and on all 4 weapons… Appreciate you responding.
I have the same problem grinding Iron Wolves rep for Sparks. But it was a different manual.
just got it… i just went and killed bosses… Varashan and Griggs and got liek 4 more manuals… Lets go!!! Boltbane was right… need to switch it up…
I find doing ice beast dungeon best way to find last manuals. Also if you read bug report section there are some suggestions on hitting lower NMD to retrigger the game system to drop manuals again.
Im exactly the same been farming gold and NM dungeons and pits and I want to play bash not double swing but this thing wont drop for me!!
Try running NMD in the 30-40 range. There is a well documented bug in the bug forums about something that triggers mid game items like manuals to drop and stop dropping.
