Mythic uniques now require level 60 instead of 35, I guess it was only a matter of time before they figured out it was FUN so they had to change it. What’s next ?

Hopefully it’s a fluke for S12 due to the bloodstained mechanic and will revert back to L35 for S13 and on like before, otherwise, yeah it’s a fun-killer for sure if L60 will be the new requirement for mythics.
Sucks all the joy out of leveling alts.

I’ve heard the mythics from random caches are still 35 tho, not sure if thats true, just a thing i’ve heard 
Not like it takes 2 days to reach level 60 though…..

They are dropping as both 35 and 60. So they are not all 60.

yeah i have a number of mythics that are level 35 also the same type that require 60 (and not not because they are bloodied) i have a mythic bloodied item that requires 35 and a normal mythic of the same that requires 60 but most of the bloodied mythics required are 60…
they should just split the difference and make all mythics required to equip level 1

I created a rogue to open a couple random mythic chests I created on another toon. He was like lvl 25 or something when I opened them and both where lvl 35 equipabble. Anything I created on high lvl toons was lvl 60.

Good to know! I have a Spear of Lycander I’m probably going to shard. They really cranked up the mythic drop rate this season and I’m loving it. I was shocked when a second dropped, then doubly shocked to get a third.
Make them Torment 4 only.
Honestly, not a bad idea, at least then some of them would get used, instead of being instant salvage.

It would seem that natural drops are what are showing up at requiring LV 60 and the crafted ones are LV 35. That tells me they broke some code somewhere since they’re supposed to be 35 like they’ve been since they were retooled a couple years back. All of mine are LV 35 except the lone mythic that I can confirm was an actual drop (from a tribute run).
did they just change this ? i levelled my alt to 35 and threw on a few mythics and was a joke til i could finally got to level 60 and could select T4

Really? Cos I’ve seen like 1 drop…crafted 2 (random craft and targeted craft at the jeweller). 1 mythic from probably 3k or more legendaries…
Mithycs change level from 35 to 60 when you modify them.
So if one char level over 60 put e.g. socket or masterworking a level 35 mithyc, that mithyc become level 60.
Loot mithycs and put in stash, unchanget and remain at level 35.
Not all of them. I equipped a shako and shroud at level 35 leveling up a barb. Had to wait until 60 to wear the starless. The first two were crafted and the other one dropped. 3 GA starless which I turned into a 4 GA.
Or you can use the Nowak (astronaut who drove 900 miles non-stop to confront cheating BF) method and do it in <1.
I think I’ve actually gotten three drops this season and I haven’t done that much bossing. I play SSF and rune drop rates were nerfed to the ground so I just random them.
I’m playing with Tyrael’s and Grandfather on a lunging strike barb and sitting on Doombringer and Shattered Vow. I looked and my Doombringer and Tyrael are L35. I’d normally twink a 3rd alt for giggles but I’m over the soul-crushing obducite grind so I’ve called it quits. IDK why they haven’t patched it.
