Pretty sure you can. If you mean tweaking your skill points without resetting. Just right click on the skill you don’t want to remove points and add them to the skills you want. Unless I’m not understanding what you meant.

Yes, but if you cant remove too much before it gives the message saying it refunding will break the tree and it wont let you do it at all. I was trying to switch from Storm Strike to claw and i can only remove 1 point before it stops me.
Yeah. Sometimes you have to go back and forth one point at a time. Take it off, add it, take one off, add it, etc. I’m just used to it by now that it’s pretty quick. I’ve changed my entire rogue spec from melee to range without a refund.
Trick to get around that is to drop some passives, grab another basic, then derank your original basic.
It’s annoying, but beats a full respec.

You can also just undo your last cluster, make the change in your other cluster, then put the points back in the last cluster.
Tedious , but I had the exact same deal you’re having.
its a little annoying but to be fair, when you are 50 you dont have that problem anymore as you have like 10+ points more than you need to unlock central passives
