That’s something a hate with a passion, no way to submit a ticket to have a follow up.
Last week I made a new build with my Druid, took a full hour to select new abilities and setup the paragon board which I then saved. Now it’s impossible to switch back to it because the LOAD button is not available. I was waiting for today’s patch with hope this issue would be fixed but it’s not.
Now what? There is no way to know they are aware of this and are working on this issue.
How come my only option as an enduser is to post in a forum where there is no follow up 99.8% of the time?
It’s frustrating and I’m pissed that only big streamers get attention.
Is there something like a Formal Notice that can be sent or something so I get a reply? I used a translation for Mise en demeure so I’m not sure.
Any help to catch their attention is appreciated, and if a popular streamer is reading then I hope you’ll pass the message.

I did not have this problem before today’s patch but I now do.
Totally defeats the purpose of the Armory
Maybe do like everyone else had to do, redo the builds… frustrating yes i had to redo 3 builds. After redoing and saving the builds again it was working fine, now they have disabled it untill its “fixed” so back to having no armory because ppl wouldnt just resave tbe builds.
I had a saved build suddenly show an item was missing and would not load. I can click the load button but NOTHING happens. Not even an error in chat or popup.
Is Armory deactivated? Nothing happens…
Edit : Damn, cannot play with my main build anymore.

Also after posting my message I kept trying to find a way to have a ticket because after loging in my account I saw a section for tickets we have and it was empty. After clicking almost everywhere I could, I managed to find this deeply hidden link to open a ticket but it won’t let me share it here. Ok I guess the first part of the address was the problem, I can now post this: /support/en/help/contact/322/ticket
Still strange they won’t let us post link to their own domain.
Whatever, I’m now confident they are aware of this issue and are actively working on a fix.
