Is it better to temper poison or shadow dmg on focus to get a 4th talrasha stack or temper more chance to multicast frozen orb?
I did the poison one hand and chance to cast twice on the other. I double and triple (enchantment) cast all the time. One of those chance to cast twice is sufficient.
