I Dont know if the just wasnt optimized the 1st 2 beta’s but i did the upgrade.
This game was trash on the 1660 super the 1st 2 beta’s.
I had to play on Med settings, Still grainy and choppy the entire 6 days of playing, I hated it
Now It rans so smooth on almost all max settings, There was a studder here and there, barely noticable, I need to tweek the settings alittle more to fix it. averaging 120fps at 1440 res.
I know its not the best GPU, but it was a massive upgrade, better than what I was expecting.
Definitely worth the $350

i never buy nvidia so i don’t really know what to compare this with
but i’m on a radeon 6600 xt (1080p monitor) and 32gb ram and… runs fine.
some dungeons tho… there’s lag or rubber banding sometimes, i think the dungeons are not optimized (some of them) or there’s just weird things going on, most of the game has 0 issues

I upgrade myself in similar way : gtx 1660Ti to Rtx 3060. But I have good souvenir with the 1st gpu played at 1080p ultra.
I was able to play at mostly high settings with an i5-2500k and 1660 ti this weekend 80-100 fps. Big improvement from the previous beta, I did get a proper set of 16gb ddr3 in between that one and this one so I’m sure that helped a tiny bit but they definitely did a good job with optimization.
