Player invited me to his friend’s list last night. They do not show as being online, even when we were partied together. I could click his name and inspect his character, but status was offline, with name greyed out.
I play on PC, he is on console so I assume he is playing through Steam
His name appears in my Bnet launcher, but shows last online 2 months ago, even though I had just played the game with him 5 minutes previous.
Do we have to be friends through the Steam client, and not just in-game/Bnet?
I have looked through the options and don’t see anything to do with it.
Somewhat annoying that I can’t log into game, open friends tab and be able to tell if they are online or not.
