Friends list is currently showing all of my friends offline although i know my friend is online and he is experiencing the same issue

Same Here. Xbox Series X. Friendlist and Clan is empty. But friends are online in battlenet app on smartphone
Same here!!! I can’t join my friends even tho were on the same realm and playing.

I am also having this issue. Empty friends list, but they show in clan.

After restarting my Xbox, the problem was solved. Hope it works for you.
also cannot see friends list, but can see clan list and local list.

PS5 Frinds list window has no friends list. Blank window with “failed to load friends list.” Please correct the problem. Was working fine this morning.
Same issue. Party chat also not working on ps5
I had to shut the console realy down. Not only sleeping mode. After that it worked fine.
Restarted console and it started working.
