Friend of the Bog Gem doesn't work

The gem is suppose to increase the main stat, 10 percent health and unhindered. i’ve equiped 3 growth witch skills, doesn’t work.

same here totally bugged

Same issue here. Tried equipping more then 3 Growth & Decay to test and still nothing. It gives the armor and all resistance, but not the legendary effect.

Edit: Doh, I feel dumb. It does work, just not in town. Soon as you leave town you can see the effects applied properly.

Friend of the bog legendary power does nothing.

Edit: Actually it does work, but Hex of Whispers is currently disabled and does not count towards the 3 Growth & Decay powers.
