My frenzy is not working to generate fury. Its wanting me to generate fury to use. Which hasmt been the case since, forever. Makes it impossible to play the game. Please fix. Its not my controler. I tried 2 already.

I fixed my issue. If you have the Shard of Verathiel equipped it causes all skills to require 25 more fury.
