Dunno if its a bug or just incredibly bad luck, but I have not gotten a single Frenzied Dead aspect drop since level 30 just after season started. Been a few maintenance since then, so may have broken? Pretty build breaking not to have it, and before everyone comes rushing in bashing minions and telling me to just change specs. No. Deal with it.
Some items are very rare. Could be a bug, but it also might not be.
