I hope they fix this issue as soon as possible. When I uninstall the high texture, it got a little better, but I still have the same problems. My system is fine. My CPU and GPU values are normal. But I can’t really play the game.
Cross-Network Play and Cross-Network Communications I disabled both of these and it’s been night and day when entering new cities, I don’t get any more stutter or hang ups.
Give that a shot and see if it helps!

Edit : And sometimes you wanna restart PC after several hours of play time
holyyy really? i will definitely try this sir!
It was nuts, literally night and day, I used to port into new cities and sit there for like 10 seconds while the game hangs and, unassumingly loads in stuff that I don’t care about, lol.
I hope it helps with your issue, though, I thought my computer was just goofin’.
Also cap your foreground FPS. Improves performance massively (or did for me)
Doesn’t it make sense to use vsync for this anyway?
You would think, but I had it on already when I was having some minor issues. After I capped my FPS to 100, as well as with vsync on, the issues stopped. Haven’t had one since.
If you’re already using G-Sync and have Vsync turned on in Nvidia control panel yeah there’s no need to cap. I have both sliders at 400 in-game and it makes no difference.
I did this but it still says activated at the bottom left of the screen when logging into the game.
Yea, it does that to me, too, for one of them you have to change it while on the character select screen. Either way, that message still pops up for me, but as long as they are both disabled in settings it should be disabled.
Notice any improvements?
I can say that it is better!! Especially in the open world, there is almost no tearing sir. İt worked for me thanks a lot.
Glad to help
