OK, I have twelve days to use the free boost on my character. But one sentence seems to state that my character will be automatically downgraded to level 50 if I do. Do I understand this correctly?
I think one person said on the forums that their level 60 was down leveled to 50, but I can’t confirm this, I don’t have a 51+ character to test this on for the Eternal Realm. I can only tell you that it will boost any character to 50 if they aren’t already there, completely re-do all your skill points, give you gear, and give you all of the Altars of Lilith (not the Tenants of Akarat).

I tested this with two characters at level 60. Level was not dropped. Of course skills and gear is messed up due to the code automatically rebuilding your character, rather than in the case of a level 50+ just giving you the legendary items in inventory… No, they put on the legendary items and then put everything you currently are wearing in your inventory.

All I am interested in is the “free” Lilith alters as I have none in the new zone. So all i need to do is create a new Soft Core character on Eternal realm and click on the quest?

I think that the Lilith altars are in the old pre-voh zones only. The new zone has akarat things
It gives you completion as if you found them all, assuming you haven’t found them all on your account before. However it only applies to the Base game Altars of Lilith, not the expansions Tenants of Akarat.
So no you would not get credit for the Nahantu zone, you still have to complete those yourself. On the bright side though, once you do, you get a free mount.

Thanks, Think I might create a new toon and use it PLUS swallow an Elixer for 1M health and clear Pit 150 in my underwear…

This boost has got to be one of the most confusing and terribly designed things ever created for D4.
Serious lack of polish and execution where half your players dont really know what is happening to use correctly or if they should purchase since you added cant use on HC at last second.
