When I move my mouse cursor the FPS goes way down. If I stop moving the mouse the game runs fine, what could fix this? Thank you.

This is particularly an issue for me when the Paragon board screen is open. Moving the mouse with the Paragon board screen open causes MASSIVE framerate drops, like from 165+ FPS all the way down to under 20 FPS. Pretty HUGE performance problem.
The game has massive issues with mouse polling rates on certain PC specs/setups, even high end systems like mine. I have the same issue as Twink, where if the paragon menu is open or if I’m in a full group and in the social screen (doesn’t happen when I’m solo), moving my mouse causes huge FPS drops.
Only potential solution is to lower your mouse’s polling rate to like 250hz or 125hz.
The game unfortunately isn’t that great on the technical side. I have consistent stutters in Caldeum and the lower PVP zone since launch. And now with the ray tracing update, if I enable ray tracing, it just lowers my GPU usage down to 50% and fps along with it lol… This is with a 13700k and RTX 4090. Diablo 4 is the worst performing game on my system.
This could potentially help with some of the RT performance issues, the mouse and window issues not so much.
