Careful what you wish for because making CD exclusive to frost skills will end up with infinite ice armor instead and we all know how much people complained about infinite flame shield last season.

This isnt why spear is broken. Thats still 32k damage. WE have lots of aspects that do good damage. My own build has 1400% crit damage but I dont run winterglass. I dont have the +10 conjuration mastery bonus with 12 spears going which is absurd part with 1 second cooldown spears.
Winterglass is why this works not aspect. The aspect is fine. IF you could only get a handful of spears nobody would be talking about this aspect.
Run this build without winterglass and see how well you do.
When this build is balanced which it will be the aspect will not be changed. Winterglass will be changed and it will lose conjure CD and gain frost CD which makes sense. My prediction and hope.
1MM gold says they neuter Conjuration Mastery, which will be a travesty.
This is possible too as its not a balanced node when you have 10 to 20 summons.
that i think should me done. the sorc became another druid where every build needed the companions to deal good. now is conjurations with sorc. this is not a good design.

The idea of an item being âThis is a Frozen Orb itemâ in the first place is silly. Get rid of skill specific items and the game will be better. It opens up the itemization instead of closing it down.

Nah this is ok. Its going to be very hard to design all generic uniques. They just have to tighten it up so all builds for mage are not using this interaction now like druids were and companions.
ITs a frost item it should reduce frost cooldowns if it should even reduce cooldowns at all. Reducing CDs is how u break the game. ITs kinda weird to nerf CD across the board and then make one of the most game breaking CD reducing items of all time.

Dont worry sorc will be nerfed to uselessness again next patch. But as long as ALL classes are right there in the mud with her, I am perfectly fine. Cause this is what it will take to wake up the lemming white knight order around here and to direct enough outrage at blizzard to make a token effort to fix their crappochino of a game.
Last season this wasânt a problem, now it suddenly is. Itâs absolutely the new aspect and not the amulet. It double dips into crit damage. But that seems to be by design, so whatâs gonna change?

This Is true, the amulet provides about 150-200% Dmg buff , where the Splintering Energy can be scaled up into 5000%+ as scales with crit strike dmg basicly same issue thing that scaled into insane dmg on Barb Gushing Wounds, who would have guess it will be issue on Sorc as well right?
Devs need to start playing their own game to make improvments, its very easy to see what things dont work or are busted if you actually play

Yeah because without this aspect your highest damage hits are like 500k. The aspect is hitting for 20+ million.
As for BL it was not bugged, Devs are liars. BL was SUPPOSED to scale with attack speed. Just because it was scaling too good does not make it bugged, Exactly like this aspect. And like ice spikes before it and BL this bug going to get sorcs overnerfed into the dirt and these idiot devs will go along with the reddit kids again and call it a 'bug"
