I play on PC and I have been everywhere in the fractured peaks with a 74/74 discovered locations. I even just spent the past hour or so using map genie to make sure I visited every location on one character completely, so it wasn’t just a mash up of sections discovered between all my characters. Not really sure what to do at this point other than just forget about it.
