The challenge for exploring all of Fractured Peaks says not started. I am level 40; I have been ALL over the Fractured Peaks. Shouldn’t it show some sort of progression on the challenge? Or does it wait until you completely explore a zone to update? I am confused (yet again!).

I’m having the same problem. I’ve literally explored all of Fractured Peaks, along with the other zones, and yet when I go into Challenges it says that Fractured Peaks is “Not Started” for me…I’d love for this to be resolved somehow, and soon, since I was aiming to get the Estuar Wanderer achievement done for the horse armor. Oh well for now, I guess. 
I just finished all wanderer challenges since the game got boring really quick.
My advise to you: there are very small regions covered in fog (which has exactly the same color as the map around it… yehhhh). Impossible to spot if you are zoomed out.
Zoom in and scroll carefully through the area. You will find them <3

When i go to the Challenges under Exploration World, it says that the Fractured Peaks Wanderer is not started. How ever when i go to map region progress under the areas discovery it says 74/74. why is it not completed. what am i missing from the map

Sounds like it might be bugged. What happens if you create a new character? Is your region progress 74/74 on that one too?
Interestingly, when looking at older videos of people doing the challenge, the map indicates there are 77 areas in the beta and I think 76 areas from a post by someone from 7 months ago. Maybe it’s possible those areas are still there but not part of the tracked 74/74 zones, but still part of the achievement/challenge? Hard to say.
Can you take a screenshot of your map, only showing Fractured Peaks, so I can take a look and compare to my completed map to see if there’s any differences I can spot.

yes its on all my characters. is account wide when you explore the map. the only thing that is character is the dungeons, side quests, strong holds and waypoints. where would i put screen shots? this forum doesn’t have an option for that

Thank you that works. i have posted there the map and the challenges so that others can see but i have tried on seasonal and non seasonal and none thing. when i try and report it the bug it brings me to the forums.
i haven’t seen a change and i have explored Fractured Peaks in its entirety. there are a few dungeons gone and cellars that are no longer in the game. its still a bug where I have still discovered 74/74 and yet the challenge still hasn’t been meet. I’m on a new character and its still not been solved. its the only area i am missing for the challenge
