Fractured Peaks Legion Events Not spawning

I’ve never seen it spawn on playstation 5, is it broken? I’m putting in A LOT of game time and nothin. I saw someone else posted it spawns on hardcore? Is it supposed to be at Kor Dragan? It’s never spawned for me

It did for me last night in world tier 3 its rare but it does

I keep hearing tier 3 or hardcore, guess I need to try it there, thank you

The last time I saw the Kor Dragan legion event was shortly after release. I’ve yet to see it in my time on WT3 on two different characters, specifically checking the map as often as I can every 30ish minutes.
If it’s intentionally that rare then that’s ridiculous. Other than the mount, why make this event so hard to get? Just make the mount drop rate lower or something.
