Never had any issues until this season for some reason my fps is capped at 60 now and the game has been stuttering very bad the past 2 days. I shouldn’t have these issues with this 4070 TI Updated the driver yesterday relogged and I hit 180fps for a bit then it went back to 60 and it’s been stuck there ever since.

There is definitley some client issue, mine has stopped respoding like 3 times now.

Yep. I have my fav waypoint set to Carrigier and when I teleport in, FPS drops to 0 for like 30 seconds. Same with Kurust when leaving undercity to go to the blacksmith.

Hopefully they come out with a hotfix and not wait for the mid season patch to resolve this issue!

Yeah. I might switch to playing on Xbox with KB+M until/if it gets resolved.
Seems like it’s related to texture quality turned mine from ultra to high and it fixed everything!
