starting a new IH or teleporting to a town, the first 15 seconds are always with low fps…after that its normal again…THIS BUG STARTED WITH THE LASTEST PATCH…when i make tormented boss rotations is a living hell, cause im constantly teleporting into new zones, and the fps drop is contant, literally unplayable. i dont see reports about this in the forum, so i made a clean windows install and the problem is still happening…
