Fps drop after killing mortar-elite (179+ → ~50)

Hi, I have been experiencing fps drops since release due to elite with mortar affix, if the elite casts mortar at the moment of death. I have stable 170+ fps in 90%+ of time (against elite with electric affixes fps drops to 150, but it’s tolerable), and exception to that — after death of mortar-elite fps drops to ~50. Attached screenshots with a difference of a second as proof; fps drops from 179 to 52:
