I think your numbers might be a bit high. Forum posters represent less than 1% of the player base.
We are the only ones who made it to D4 endgame.

yeah…even 1% is probably generous based on earnings call sales figures. 
HOWEVER…the loud voices are getting changes done…so I say let them be loud – especially the ones getting us QoL improvements in game.

No, no, you need to move decimal place to the left if you want to make up stats. I prefer 30% if we want to use made up numbers. Better hyperbole for effect.
Streamer data. You realise what the % of people that watch streamers lol. Streamers are garbage. Watch other people play a game. How much of a no lifer do you have to be to do that lol.

If you are honestly dumb enough to think that then go ahead. On the backend, Blizz can see the massive drop-off of daily logins. While the large majority of those players won’t come here to give feedback Blizzard like any other devs know that the most likely players to return are those taking the time to air their grievances on the forums, social media, Reddit etc. You might give an under paid dev some warm and fuzzies as a white knight defending horrible game design but you won’t save them from layoffs when the game goes into maintenance mode.
Everyone understands this. What is your point? Are you the only one allowed to express your opinions? Is there a form a person must fill out to get your approval so they can post their opinion?

Im not judging thats exactly who and what they are.
it costs something to keep this thing up and moderate it i assume. all that for less than 1%? we’re very important obviously 
That other 99% will only play a few weeks every 3 months. Going to be just like POE, 200K first two weeks on steam, 5K next 2 months.

They honestly just keep the forums as a formality more than anything. Social media has superseded the usefulness that forums once had for older Blizzard games.
