I want to say before S7 launched was the last time I saw it in the shop.

one was up some days or 2 weeks ago? didnt buy anything tho not the looks i wanted n price not right. would b nice if they notified us other than randomly having to check shop kind of like the free cosmetics they give out in shop sometimes

It’s just another facet of their strategy to keep you looking at things in the shop so they get more impressions:
- Rotating inventory = gotta check and make sure i don’t miss something i want to buy
- Unannounced and unscheduled discounts = gotta check and make sure i don’t miss a sale on what i want to buy
- Unannounced and unscheduled freebies = gotta check and make sure i don’t miss the free stuff i won’t use
More impressions = more opportunities to convert to sales.
I got one in S7 during the Lunar Event. All backpack items, woooo!
