Post patch fortify does not seem to be working at all on necro, tried respec and same results, blood mist, corpse raises etc , necro just dies now and is a potion princess, anyone else having this issue?
Worked fine w/ Hemorrhage/Blood Lance tonight.
Nah, its the defense over all got nerfed and i believe bonuses to fort from armor took a hit. Think of it as before you were wearing chain mail, and now your wearing paper. So 10% more defense to paper, is still you wearing paper.
