In patch notes it says each experience mote will grant more. After this patch my motes went from 50k down to 40k. Has anyone else had the same issue?

i get chest from delve. pretty goof actually. if you get all alter, usually 3 ga items sometimes 4.
Yes, the granted XP per orb went down, despite what they wrote in the patch notes. And the XP seems to going down even further, the higher your paragon gets. Dont know if its a bug or intented …

I’m p268 and getting only ~33k per mote now. 
P 266 here and i’m gettting ~ 35k.
Stories like this happen so often and are so plentiful that the dev team screwing up seems to be the norm.
Do they know what they are doing or do they just shoot in the dark and hope for the best?
It’s honestly a little wild.

Always this. Remember Blizz now has you hooked to play.
This is almost unbelievably scummy. It also lends some weight to the widely held contention that the odds of good item drops seem to decrease the higher your paragon level.
Or the higher the Torment level. Like on Discord people are having to drop to T1 to get the Ancestral Whisper Cache to roll.
