your rerolling way to much stuff then or youre lying about a lot of crap
I suppose there was supposed to be one frustrating thing left in the game for us complain about, I guess that helltides were chosen to be that thing by blizz.
Ha! People wanted to level faster and when I heard leveling will be faster in S2 I knew there would be a catch. Yes; you will reach 100 faster, but to reach the same level of power as a S1 100 character, it will take about the same amount of time due to increased time to equip said character/
Not lying. Let me know if you want some evidence… Happy to oblige.
Imo Hell Tides should be up at all times. The way it is currently implemented is terrible and alienates people who have IRL schedules. Also, with HT’s being up fulltime it allows you to keep your cinders just like the seasonal HT which is up at all times. This allows people who have limited time who have stockpiled cinders to pick up where they left off. Another thing to make HT’s worthwhile would be to add in multiple bosses throughout the HT zones that drop meaningful loot. Not just the 1 Boss that’s underwhelming and drops a meager handful of cinders.
Woulda been cool if they had a system like the recalibration system in the division 2.
Basically you can extract stats from various weapons and armor and apply those stats to another weapon or armor. Stats are applied at the same roll they are extracted and extracted higher stats rolls will overwrite previous stat rolls until the max stat roll is extracted. Of course, only one stat on each item can be changed, but that same stat can also be recalibrated as you extract higher stat lines. That said, nothing is random and you can choose which stats you want to recalibrate. Its a really cool feature.
Enchanting in Diablo is welcomed but kinda sucks. I remember in D3 going through so many resources and gold just to get the right roll and many times having to settle because im all out.
I totally agree with what you’re saying, but I am confused why your glyphs are so far behind. Unless you’re finding upgrade after upgrade after upgrade, which good on you well done, why are you still rerolling stats? Or maybe I’m doing something wrong. If I find a 3/4 ring, I’m definitely going to try to enchant it to 4/4 if I can, but this doesn’t happen as often for me maybe.
Difficult isn’t the word I’d use. Annoying and time gated is more like it. Having my farming artificially blocked by this fixed schedule is too MMO for me. This is an ARPG with open world multiplayer, not an MMO with ARPG aspects.
Yep, I’m throwing out pieces I would normally take a few rolls on hoping to get lucky now. Made the already bad itemization that much worse.
This! Who the hell thought this change was a good idea?
Just double the mob density, double the elite spawns, add more event spawn points and reduce by half the cooldown after an event is finished and double the fragments lost on death. Also add a brutal monster hp/dmg multiplier for groups. The added risk of dying will weed out the terribads and still limit the number of fragments people get.
There are complaints about mob density being too extreme, I guess the other solution would be to double the drops.
Rather dont make the densest mob groups denser but fill ALL the damn empty space with mob groups of the current max density.
Yeah but I think you end up having cross over aggro. It’s sometimes annoying if you want to port out right?
Like you literally have to fight about 30 to 40 seconds from aggro stragglers before you can port out sometimes.
Anyway, I think if the end result if for more mats, if they drop more, it would have near the same result?
This.
I was on the verge of complaining when I realized the events, mini-bosses, elites, and megachest (mystery/living steel) drop a ton. Plus after scrapping the butt load of legendaries I’ve gotten, I’ll typically have a few more.
Also I manage my rerolls. I don’t really reroll items I know I’m going to replace soon, the items needs to be near perfect, and I limit how much I reroll. If I don’t think the cost is worth the gamble then I just stop.
both souls and coils seem to be on high restriction. If they’re not going to allow coils to drop, they should make a way for us to buy them so we have the mats we need to change affixes. The color yellow on the icon seems to indicate “We’re only going to drop one of these per month, but you’ll need 50 to imprint a legendary.” More math flunkies being hired
‘Difficult’ isn’t the word I’d use, but it’s absolutely a detriment to the quality of the game.
So many pieces of gear rotting in my stash that I want to reroll, but I don’t have the wherewithal to get 10% of the souls required for that.
Oh well, maybe they will wake up regarding Helltides when they release the expansion.
(Yes I am sour.)
Missing the helltide because I have to do things like “cook dinner” or “clean my apartment” meaning I just end up sitting around staring at my gear that I can’t reroll perks on feels bad
You know there is a problem with the game when the most exciting thing in the game is finding a screaming hell vent.
100% agreed.
I just DO NOT UNDERSTAND why they make such illogical, boring miserly decisions for no reason.
Used to be you could run around a helltide and find screaming hell ore nodes to farm some souls, but no… I ran around literally the entire helltide this last spawn a bit ago, and found NOTHING.
NOT ONE.
It needs hotfixing. Every single ore node in a helltide should convert to a screaming hell ore node.
