Attack speed good. Non physical damage also good.
Unless you need defense for Druid, this sword is really, really fun for the doom slide variants.
This unique has a reason why nobody uses it.
If you think it is good then prove it with pit clear vids.
For fun? then whatever.

Technically Sorc found a use for it on PtR since they likely forgot to lower the lucky hit effect number to match with the stat squish.
Sorc definitely has better scaling with frost damage of course
But i only care about druids.
