The description of the Focused Target modifier for the Warlock’s Bombardment skill reads as follows:
Bombardment’s chaotic spread is reduced by 300% and it deals 30% increased damage when only hitting a single enemy.
If I didn’t skip too many math lessons back in the days, something can easily be increased by more than 100%, but nothing can ever be decreased by more than 100%, as decreasing something by 100% literally (and mathematically) eliminates it
