Flurry Size Disappeared from tempering

Hi.
I had flurry size tempering learnt by my blacksmith. I had even used it on my armor. But after last patch it’s just gone. It’s not under "core augments nor under “rogue innovation”. But, I still have it on my armor. I just don’t have the option to temper it on new items.
Any help ?

They have re-enabled Alchemist Control and flurry size was moved to that recipe. Not sure if will have to drop the recipe again?

Thanks. It looks like we need it dropped again.

i’ve been doing helltides and nm dungeon 100’s and nothing is dropping.

Just got this from a mystery chest from helltide.

helltides didn’t work for me. I got the temper from the tree of whispers cache.

Confirmed.
I was carrying a friend and “Alchemist Control” dropped somewhere in T3. Now I’ve got Flurry Size back.
