Flickerstep provides +x% Ultimate Skill Damage. Deep Freeze and Inferno inflict damage so benefit from Flickerstep. Unstable Currents does not inflict inherent damage but cast another skill which does inflict damage. Does that cast skill benefit from Flickerstep? Thank you.
Yep, just another big old middle finger to sorcs.
I wish we had class designers who actually liked our class. Whoever designed burning mechanics, for example, definitely hates us.
The benefit with UC and OCCULUS and flickerstep is that you can have close to 100% uptime of UC in NMDs. Which is pretty sweet. Because that means your attack speed is also always up 25%. So it is pretty OP even though the casts dont befit from the ultimate Skill damage increase
Can you please explain what you mean by " close to 100% uptime of UC". If you use Oculus evade are those enemies considered evaded through for the cooldown reduction provided by Flickerstep? Thanks
the best flickerstep usage is to evade through a group of mobs and reduce de ultimate skill cooldown from 50 seconds to almost zero. I use it in my druid only. My sorc build dont use ultimate skills at all.
