Flayed Crown Cosmetic broken

The Flayed Crown cosmetic is broken while wearing it in game. It only appears correctly if my character is in a town, and not on horseback. Any other time, the helmet makes my character appear bald.

I’ve seen a few posts about this same issue, some as old as a month from writing this. Don’t introduce a cosmetic shop if the items are not going to work properly.

Edit: As of patch 1.0.4 this issue is fixed for me

The level of fail surrounding this is almost comical. They can’t even get their precious paid cosmetics to function properly.

I did see a twitter post saying that a fix was coming for an upcoming patch but IDK what the time frame was.
