I wish bleed was a little more satisfying to play. Rupture is not a fun ability to use. Its also very annoying when you just have to wait for the bleed to finish its job.
I wish we could have it that when target is full on bleed we could finish it faster without having Rupture in the skill kit. Hopefully we could get some upgrades.

Skullbreaker’s aspect is like a mini Rupture. Deal up to 40% (80 if on a 2H) of their total bleeding amount as physical damage when you stun them. Pair that with Anemia and Ground Stomp, and you could chunk down their life automatically, without having to cast another skill. Hopefully they fix Rupture and you can do both.
I plan to one day make a sick bleed build. They need to give us loadouts!

yeah i’m kinda bummed also as i got the weapon that ups ruptures rank by 9+ then 5+ if you pick the talent if i also can get my hand on the head piece that grant 4+ then my rupture could be rank 18 but the skill atm is so bad so i hope they will take a look at it.

Rupture is just wothless. Id like to see fields of crimson changed so that it gives us a shorter duration on bleeds and either a lifesteal or additional damage per stack/source of bleed.

Bleeds need a “deal damage faster” mod. Shorter duration wouldn’t help unless the same damage was dealt in a shorter amount of time. They need a multiplier of some sort.
Yes this instead of basic attacks 40-80% faster, we need an aspect that does increase bleed rate 40-80% faster

If we had faster tick rates you’d wouldn’t need to hit faster for the direct damage because the bleed would actually do the damage instead of the direct damage that’s we’re doing now because the tick rate is so slow
We need Rapid in general, for other builds, not specifically for this build.
Don’t have to remove it it’s a great aspect just added an bleed tick rate aspect that is similar to rapid

The way you initially worded it (instead) suggested you wanted it in place of, not in addition to. My bad.
that is what i meant same damage over less time. 5 seconds is just way too long in my experience especially when you get stuff like damage reduciton auras mixed with elites.
maybe with full paragon points bleed comes into its own but from my testing the time to kill leaves you way too open to negative effects, one shots etc. Hota you can burst bad elites, WW is mobile and DS has some burst/stun as well. bleed tends to root you and has no burst even if the dps can be good.

completely disagree, this is the point of a bleed build
there is a way to kill an enemy instantly, this is called direct damage, which is not the bleed proposal
That’s the point you’re not waiting for the bleed to finish, you’re spamming faster attacks which don’t stack bleeds using the direct damage to get the HP down, instead of the bleed doing the damage. So makes bleed worse than just doing direct damage, if there is no equalization or niche or advantage then nobody needs to play a dot build.
Are you using Anemia and Skullbreaker? Do you have another, consistent, form of stun?
Bleeds effects definitely stacks.
For never having noticed something of this magnitude I deduce that you have not played very long with this build

ive tried skullbreaker with aneima and GS. maybe i was doing something wrong but it really didnt seem to add much damage wise, at least not to the extent i would have expected.
anemia in a frenzy build is a very consistent souce of stun. hell my frenzy build with bersekr ripping felt like a better bleed build than any one i could make with rend.
You have to stack the bleeds first. Did you have a perfect Skullbreaker on a 2H for 80%? How often were you stunning? Did you have a method to strategically stun after building up a ton of bleed? Essentially, the stun will be what Rupture is supposed to be, so you use the stun in place of Rupture. If you’re randomly stunning often, you’ll still see it chunk down.
Rupture isn’t too bad as long as you save it for the most annoying mob you can. It would be much better if the cooldown resets if you actually kill something that is bleeding with it. I think Fighter’s Rupture is a better choice since it gives you some health back. It would also be nice if you also got back some fury.
