I cant open the npc trade, it insta closes, only happens with npcs that have a stock delivery timer (its 0:00 and dont update)

I have the same issue, I tried to interact with merchants on multiple characters in multiple towns, could not find a single one that worked.
Same issue. Thought it was the new character I made so I made another, can’t interact with any merchants on either character. Stuck at same part of the prologue.
Edit to mention that I have the game via PC Game Pass if that makes a difference.

Tried that, Did not work. Am stuck like the others on quest from lorath and the vendor.
Window just pops open with mouse click then instantly closes.
make sure to make it the correct time to the time zone it is setted, my pc was on GMT -4 but i used GMT -3 for work, so i changed it instantly worked
Im EST and all is right I think it may have something to do with the Nvidia Graphics cards issue some people are having. I would be curious if AMD users are having this issue.
Holy smokes it worked. I had to set mine to an incorrect timezone so the time on my PC is off but as a temporary fix it’s got me interacting w/ vendors again. Cheers.
Tried this, Set time by my phone. Tried different time zones like central etc. But no luck. Either way this should not be a problem, And before the patch i had no issues at all.
Had the same problem. I turned off the automatic selection of time zone and time and then selected any one. After which I re-enabled automatic selection of time and time zone. Everything worked right away.
