I’m not a fan of how fixed values are used for certain item affixes. Like when I played the beta, I only found boots with +40% movement speed after evading – no 35% or 23% ones or any other number. It’s like the number’s set in stone. What’s up with that? It kinda goes against the whole idea of trying to roll perfect stats
Because there was also +1 evade charge and attacks reduce CD by .5 seconds.
That stat is the implicit stat, from what I can see all the implicits are a set value while the affixes are a range.
Yes, so perhaps the entire concept of implicit values is flawed. It seems to restrict the choices I can make.
Boot option one:
+30% movement speed after evading
+10 strength
Boot option two:
+40% movement speed after evading
+5 strength
Or any other combination. I hope you understand my point.
Additionally, more dedicated players would be motivated to try to improve their stats, even by just 1 percent.
